The Boy Scouts of the Philippines, ever true to its commitment of carrying out its DUTY TO COUNTRY, ensures its cooperation with the Kalayaan Technical Working Committee and its active participation in Celebrating the 116th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Phillippine Independence.
