In accordance of the celebration of he 116th Independence Day of the Philippines, Lipa City Council scouts attended the flag raising raising ceremony at Plaza Independencia, Lipa City. The scouts helped in the procession of the former Philippine flags. There was a program after, where Hon. Eric Africa (City Vice Mayor) and Hon. Meynard Sabili (City Mayor) gave speeches.
