Scouts from different dzongkhags gathered on 1st december to practice for national day parade on 17th december at deccholing school, Thimphu. About 160 scouts volunteered to take part in the program. Some volunteered to take care of meals for the participants during the preparation. It was organized by Ngwang Gyltshen sir.
