100th Anniversary Scouting Brotherhood Neckerchief Project
Inspired by a young Indian scout's willingness to give his neckerchief to me when I visited his town, I worked with my scout troop in the US to create a neckerchief that would be presented to all of the scouts in two troops in India. The neckerchief would celebrate the 100th anniversary of scouting in India, the US, and the world and would name both the Indian troop and the US troop with appropriate flags and symbols from their homelands. By our troop sharing a neckerchief with these troops from India we recognize the world wide brotherhood of scouting.
