100 years of woodbadge Course

In line with celebration of 100 years of woodbadge course (1919 – 2019), Bhutan Scout Association conducted a week long woodbadge course in four regions across the country.

Region IV woodbadge course was held at Jampeling Scouts Centre (21st – 27th April) for scout leaders of Eastern Region. This Centre is in a deep forest without any building infrastructure, electric and water pipeline connection. Participants underwent woodbadge course for a week by pitching their own tent.

I participated in this celebration as quarter master, counselor of Trashigang team and help resource team in organizing night hiking, Zulu game, evening programs and taking STA of knots.
