“Once a Scout always a Scout – Scouting is a way of life”

211 Scouts and Guides from Alwin International Public School, Padappai, Kanchipuram, Alwin Memorial Public School, Selaiyur, East Tambaram, Chennai and Zion group of schools attended an orientation training programme on 21.12.2019 by the newly formed Pallava Mandalam District officials in which importance and social bearing of each badge was explained the students were motivated by Dr.N.Vijayan State Treasurer, Tamilnadu Bharat Scouts and Guides, he also motivated them to do community service, swatch Bharat, tree plantation etc. he also advised the teachers to improve the quality of training. The camp started at 09.30 am with flag ceremony including the Investiture Ceremony; unique school scarf was released and 2017 -2018 Rajayapuraskar Certificate awardees were commended the Camp came to an end with the presentation of the Best Scout, Best Guide & Best Patrol awards with participation certificates.
