Zimbabwe Scouts train MoP Coordinators

Zimbabwe Scouts train MoP Coordinators

For the first time, Zimbabwe Scouts Association (ZIM) took up the challenge to train the latest lot of national MoP Coordinators with an important mandate to promote the MoP Initiative across their country. Over 20 Coordinators (#TeamZim) were gathered (Harare, 16-19 March 2017) from all Regions/Districts of Zimbabwe to be empowered to inspire more young people to become Messengers of Peace. Mr. Paddington, the National MoP Coordinator and a Youth Advisor (Africa Scout Youth Forum) praises the National Leadership for their vital support role to the young people in leading the way. In order to encourage the South-South partnership among National Scout a Organizations (NSOs), Mr. Victor Atipaga, member of the Africa Scout Committee supported Paddington in the delivery of this great programme. This programme was possible thanks to the MoP Grant that Zimbabwe applied for. #TeamZim - Watch the space - great stuff
