AIM To review and update the Youth Programme material that caters for the needs of the young people and that addresses the current trends in Scouting. OBJECTIVES 1. To prepare the Youth Programme handbooks in all the sections in tandem with the current WOSM Youth Programme. 2. To be able to analyze the current handbooks vis-à-vis the current youth need and prepare a self-explanatory Youth Programme handbook in the four sections. 3. To prepare a programme of badge acquisition system and a plan for acquiring the prescribed badges. 4. To identify additional badges that conforms to the current needs of the young people and the global trends.
