
The youngest Scout at International Conference
Joining an International Conference in a young age has never been on Fathia Rahma Ramadhani's mind, before.
The chance finally came at the previous moment, to the one and only daughter of Adji Sugiharto and Sri Subekti who was born on November, 18th 2002.
Thia who is good at speaking English came as the youngest participant among another youth from Malaysia, Australia, Turkish, up to Nigeria.
Her total active participation in any kinds of school extra and intra curricular, made Nofita Dian Wiraswasti and Lili Suryani (her teachers at school), to take Thia to Malaysia joining Aceh Development International Conference (ADIC) at Islamic International University of Malaysia (IIUM) in Malaysia.
Thia was so impressed with the local culture in Malaysia. "I never see littering nor smoking people at public places, wow, everything seems so tidy from city system and its transportation. Every MRT which stops in every station, will always be on time." she says.
Recorded as the member of Indonesian eagle scout at Junior High school, Thia has ever joined some camps held by Satuan Komunitas Sekolah Islam Terpadu (Sako SIT), such as National Camp at Coban Rondo, Malang, East Java, Area Camp at Shooting Field of Military Academy at Magelang, Central Java. And also, the 3rd Level Competition of Scouting at Banjarnegara, Central Java.
Among her activity as the leader of girls boarding school when he was in grade 7, a class leader at grade 8, member of English club, a secetary of Students Union, Thia also has completed her memorization of Holy Quran almost 2 chapters.
Some achivements she got, such as: the top rank 2 at class, the 2nd runner up of Youth Health Cadre , Youth Red Cross event, and also contingent for Indonesian Red Cross at Pati, Central Java. However, these achievements don't make her to be an arrogant. An easy going and taking care Thia, has a dream to share her life for society to be a Doctor in the next future.(fitz)
