Mr. P Vishwanath, is appointed as the International Commissioner of Bharat Scouts and Guides. INDIA He was the First Mayor of Mysore City and is presently the District Chief Commissioner of Mysore District Bharat Scouts and Guides. He is the Secretary of Vidyavardhaka Sangha , which runs a few educational institutions in Mysore. He was instrumental in Successfully Hosting the 17th National Jamboree at Mysore .
