The Bharat Scouts and Guides Alipurduar District Association welcomed the Hon'ble Shri Chetan Kumar Shrivastava General Manager of North East Frontier Railway at Alipurduar Junction Station and other officials on 16th June 2023. Scout/Guide Scarf was present to Hon'ble GM/NFR by District Organizing Commissioner (S) Shri Ramakanta Sarkar, and Scarf was also presented to all the PHOD's by the District Officials of Alipurduar District Association. Total 90 Nos. Participants i.e. Scouts, Guides, Rovers, And Rangers were presented to welcome Hon'ble GM/NFR, including District Secretary, District Organization Commissioner (S), District Training Commissioner (G), Group Leader (G) of N. F. Railway, Bharat Scouts and Guides Alipurduar District Association.
