Volunteerism for National Scout Jamboree

What inspired you to take up the project?

I was inspired to participate in the Jamboree to promote teamwork, leadership, friendship, and the spirit of volunteerism among Scouts. It provided an opportunity for Scouts to learn new skills, share experiences, appreciate different cultures, and develop confidence through meaningful activities and community service.

What are the learnings you got from implementing this project and how would you make it better?

I learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, discipline, cooperation, and respect for others. The Jamboree also strengthened my confidence, communication skills, sense of responsibility, and spirit of volunteerism.

Where was your project implemented and how did you execute it?

The project was executed by actively participating in Jamboree activities, including camping, team-building exercises, cultural programmes, skills development, community service, and environmental activities. Scouts worked together, followed the Scout Law and Promise, and shared their knowledge and experiences with other participants.
