The training was held at the Ghana Scout Association together with scouts leaders from Inverness District of UK Scouts at the national training centre at Sakyikrom, Nsawam in the Eastern region part of Ghana on 25-27th November 2016.The training was conducted in a three day camp with 52 scout leaders participating. The main objectives of the training were to build capacity of scout leaders,prepared Scout leaders for Wood badge Course,ensure best practises in scouting and widen the scope of adult leaders in community service. Participants were taken through topics such as Mission of Scouting, Scouting Method, Camp Craft, Pioneering, Program Planning, record keeping. 52 adult leaders participated. Certificates were awarded to participants.
