World scarf day .
Every year i was reminded and rejuvenated with a positive energy to reinstall my energy to work for community and today i am blessed to celebrate world scarf day along the way. Six rovers scout including me offer our heartfelt dedication by wearing scarf and remembering the precious wisdom imprinted in every youth of Bhutan to serve TSA_WA _ SUM( king, country and people . Moreover we are happy to start our journey from one of the heavenly blessed place ( Bumthang ) and its fortunate enough to proudely declare our success so far and offering prayers is something we can achieve success in coming days .i am offering prayers for the success of world scouting programme in world .HAPPY WORLD SCARF DAY.
