Kick starting the Scouts against Corona Virus campaign in Kisii County Scouts were engaging with the elderly begining with the Gusii Council of elders to share information they needed to protect themselves from the virus. In partnership with Kisii University which had offered public health experts to train the scouts the elders were given cloth masks to protect themselves whenever they were outside there homes but were strongly advised to stay at home whenever they had the opportunity. They were also advised to keepeating healthy and nutritious meals in order to assist their bodies build an immunity to protect them.
