The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) aims to help the youth develop values and acquire competencies to become responsible citizens and capable leaders anchored on the Scout Oath and Law.

As per National Office Memorandum No. 47, S. 2006, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines shall accept girls in the Senior Scout (13 to 19 years old) and Rover Scout (18 to 26 years old) Sections of the BSP.

The Boy Scouts of the Philippines accepts any member despite of creed, age, gender, and race!
