Cambodia-Sihanoukville: A Scout serves and help humanity! To help other people at all times! By following the principles of Scouting, Scout Oath and Promise, the Cambodia Scouts of Preah Sihanouk province has taken the initiative to assist in the rescue of the 7-storey building in Sihanouk Ville. The collapse of the seven-storey apartment building occurred at the early morning on June 22, 2019, and there were 28 dead and 26 injured. Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia & Chief Scouts has led a joint commission and military force to rescue directly at the collapse of the building in Sihanoukville.
