Scouts from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Bacolod City Council and the Philippine Youth Network for Interfaith Dialogue conducted a Brigada Pagbasa and learning session on the Youth and Community Service at Paglaum Village Elementary School on August 25, 2022. Executive Director John Dyrick M. Dormis shared about his experience on the role of the youth in community service to the students of PVES, highlighting the need for the youth to take on active roles in the community.
