Zunayed Alvi, a Rover from 13th Hussars Open Rover Scout Group, a renowned rover group of Bangladesh Scouts. He was moving with the rovers of his group in their Group Camp 2019, while expedition at a place. It was raining cats and dogs at that time. However, suddenly he saw a goat roaming around the road in this rain. He takes the goat to his arm, and started adoring and warming it, and this proves the 4th Scout Law - - A SCOUT IS KIND TO ANIMALS.
