As WOSM Consultants on Humanitarian Action, from my home town in Bogor Indonesia, I share knowledge and experience to more than 200 participants on Online Course by Bharat Scout and Guides (India). The topic is Reporting Calamities, Local Situation, and Disaster. This means, Scouts are expected to perform as first responder on the disaster. And with Scouting skill, from orienteering to first aid can be used on emergency situation. From low risk response such as assessment and reporting situation, to more higher risk as search and rescue.
