Above subject refers, l have been requested by the Chief Commissioner to officially invite you to be part of the 2015 Extra-Ordinary General Meeting and the 4th National Executive Committee meeting that are scheduled to take place at Akure, the Ondo State Capital city. The programs will be two-in-one program with the Presidents of States Scout Councils leading their States Scout Commissioners and additional three (3)members where affordable from each state for the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting; while the NEC meeting is for the members of the National Executive Committee only. Chief Scout is going to be in attendance as the Chairman of the National Scout Council meetings. While counting on the foregoing, the programs are slated for 12th to 15th of March 2015 (See the attached programs). This gathering will avail us the opportunity to celebrate the 2015 All African Scout Day that comes up on the 13th of March 2015 at the same Venue. The Agenda for both meetings will be sent as stipulated in the Constitution. We will look forward to seeing you and your other delegates from your States.
