May 2, 2021, Sangalab Circle 10 celebrated their 2nd year anniversary. Following the IATF guidlines the circle 10 celebrate it via Google meet. The guest speakers are Sctr. Bernando De Leon, Consultant, World Organization of Scouting Movement Earth Tribe and National Coordinator, Messengers of Peace Philippines and Sctr Moises Ramos Jr. Council Scout Executive, Rizal Council, Sangalab started the program by sharing and reminiscing their good memories and great experiences in Circle 10 for having a remarkable 2 years of greatness serving other people that lead by Sctr. Wilson Bontigao, Chairman, San Mateo Municipal ROver Scouts Mission Circle 10 and Sctr. Ronald Cabuang, Co-Chairman,  San Mateo Municipal Rover Scouts Mission Circle 10. Simple online boodle and kamusta happened that night.
