Rwanda Scouts Association has got new leaders. Elective meeting gathered at Hilltop Hotel in Kigali on 26.05.2018 whereby members of the general assembly attended on time for electing new leaders. The new leaders were elected as follows: Mr.Virgile UZABUMUGABO Ms.Sandrine NIKUZE Mr.César A.ITANGISHAKA Mr.Olivier GIHANA Mr.Jovin BIZIMANA Ms.Laurette KABANYANA Ms.Triphine NIYIGENA The Chief Commissioner Mr.Virgile Uzabumugabo expressed gratitude to the scouts for the trust they gave him to lead the movement in Rwanda and promised scouts to work together to advance scouting upwards in Rwanda.
