Since years back , Uganda has had an increased number of inmates(prisoners) from different parts of the country and charged with different cases. A biggest percentage of these inmates are youths below the age of 35 years that are with in Ugandan Prisons. As scouts, in Kira Municipality, Kampala Metropolitan Region, we took it our responsibility as always to visit these inmates , have them fed well, and given new shoes plus talking to them to behave responsibly and have a change in them, care about their mental health since some of them claim to have been innocent and look young, Some of them lost parents, family and friends . We took everyone's feeling seriously considered and courageous spoke to them to favour their mental health and have a smile once again.
