Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia (PPM) to digitalize the membership registration systems. As part of our plan to grow and get more young people to join our organisation, we have invested in developing online membership systems which integrate the e-Management whereby all administration tasks (e.g: warrant application, renewal, programme registration etc.) can be conducted via this portal. Additionally, the second phase of this portal development will have an e-Learning Management System so our Adult Leaders / Volunteers can attend several sets of training to equip them with the necessary skills to lead their troops and manage our youth. We believe this new investment will become a game-changer for PPM in managing our memberships and also driving our growth. The project will certainly help our leaders acquire and improve their scouting skills, as well as save a lot of time through the automation of many administrative tasks. There will also be a significant benefit to executives at the national headquarters, as it will simplify their tasks and allow them to focus more on scouting development projects.
