Being a woman in a pre-dominantly male organization takes a lot, but it takes a lot more to continue, persevere, and prove that what men can do within the organization, women can too. This is proof that there is a need to further lobby safe spaces and destroy misogynistic and unequitable practices that are still enact up to this day. This women's month may we, as Scouts, continue to push for gender equality for women as we strive to create a better world through Scouting. Babae ka, hindi babae lang! Happy Women's Month 2022!
