Achieving peace is a continuous journey most of us are on.  Peace brings with it so many positive emotions that it is worth aiming for in all circumstances.

"Peace begins with me." This thought process brings in positive energy around us and subsequently, the people around us also begin to feel comfortable and peaceful. Therefore some sweet gestures can be used to spread peace around us. Usually, the sign of victory is used as a sign to show peace. Blue colour has been proven to be a colour which calms down the people's mind and soul and therefore can be used as a colour of peace. 

To spread this message I shared a selfie of me showing a gesture of peace on all of my social media sites to spread this message to more and more people.
