The Chief Commissioner of The Scout Association of Nigeria was one of the 37 Leaders of National Scout Organizations invited by the Korean Scout Association for the Color of Dream Workshop. The Workshop that lasted for Five Days show case the Development of Jamboree Elements that could go into the Planning, not only for the 2023 World Scout Jamboree that Korean Scout Association is biding for. but could serve as Templates for all other subsequent Jamborees that will be Organized by the World Organization of Scout Movement (WOSM). We would like to thank the organizers of these Duo-Workshops and one thing that l realized is the fact that; Korean Culture, Government and People are ready for the hosting of the biggest single gathering of Scouts Family Worldwide, by looking at hoisting 50,000 to 100,000 Scouts by 2023 at an Island of SamManGum that is full of Great Natural Habitations. All these cannot be over-emphasized until you discover the Good Treatment of the Culture and People of South Korea.
