National level Webinar On "Better World Framework"
The Bharat Scouts and Guides National Headquarters India organised zoom webinar on “Better World Framework” which was held from 5th to 8th August 2020 and 17th to 20th August 2020.
Under “Better World Framework” different topics were taken up by guest speakers from World Scout Bureau Asia Pacific Region and other National Scout Organisations.
The topics during the webinar were:
- WOSM initiative
- Messengers of Peace initiative
- Champions for Nature Challenge (Panda Badge) and Earth Tribe
- Scouts for SDGs
- Scouts of the World Award and Patrimonito Scout Challenge
- Dialogue for Peace
- Scouts Go Solar and Diversity and Inclusion
- Story Telling
The inaugural of the Webinar was held on 5th August 2020 where Mr. JRC Pangillinan, The Regional Director of World Scout Bureau Asia Pacific Region addressed the participants and declared the Webinar open.
A total 2788 Unit Leaders, Rovers, Rangers, Scouts, Guides attended live on Youtube and 52 State representatives from 53 State Associations attended from Zoom webinar.
