I was motivated to organize and participate in the Scout Summer Camp to help scouts develop leadership, teamwork, and life skills. The camp provided an opportunity to promote discipline, friendship, and personal growth among the 350 participating scouts.

 

I worked with scout leaders, teachers, and coordinators to organize and manage camp activities. I helped supervise participants, maintain discipline, and ensure the smooth and successful participation of around 350 scouts throughout the camp.
