For one to become an Mop coordinator one need to have Swot analysis. This was one of the task we were given as groups at the MoP training workshop on the 18th of March at Avondale Scout hall in Avondale Harare Zimbabwe by the Zim National Mop coordinator Mr Paddington Johannes . The purpose of the of the task was to highlight challenges faced that hinders projects from becoming material and solutions to it. The groups debated and finally concluded that resistance to change from inside and outside the organization and computer illiteracy (how to write project proposal online) were challenges. Capacity building was the solution that was suggested to mitigate the challenges. Well it was an educative experience indeed
