Attended an enlightening training of the Messengers of Peace program . The program ran from the 17th to the 19th of March 2017. Participants ranged from rovers to scout leaders to members of other NGo partners such as ZUNA. The aim of the training was to engage members from different provinces in the country. The training encompassed what MoP really is and capacity building within the country. The facilitators encouraged the participants to take up and engage in sustainable projects. Guidelines were given on how to apply for project funds. The central theme was that of spreading peace in various ways in the community. Emphasis was given on the importance of spreading the information to the participants' respective communities, for online visibility and sharing their various activities #MoPZimbabwe this is my first post
