The scout association of Bhutan selects youth from all over Bhutan yearly for the youth leadership training. It is programme which aims to ensure and engrave leadership skills to youths for a better future of the nation. Moreover,it is to promote scouting in Bhutan and ensure that there are capable and brilliant scout leader in Bhutan. The 16th leadership training started from 6th January,2023 with the distribution of dress and shoes to the selected youths. Then the programs flowed in like rivers. The programs include Firing, rock climbing, fancy dress competitions,jungle survival strategies and basic rope works. The programme concluded with the passing out parade with The Head of the region (Dzongda) as our chief guest and other officials. The training ended on 19th January, 2023
