The Scout group "Vidrada" from Ukraine invites you to visit the summer camp "Pidnebessya" (The Skies). It is the traditional camp for Scouts that will be held for the 10th time. This year our camp will take place in the Carpathian mountains in the western part of Ukraine (the place is very safe). Place: Western Ukraine, Ivano-Frankivsk region, near the village Verkhovina Dates: 27th June – 9th July 2016 (without travelling) Participants: Scout groups from Ukraine and other countries. We are expecting around 90 participants. Age – older than 10 years. Accommodation: all participants live in tents which are installed in the wooden gazebos. In the territory there are showers with hot water. Food: The menu is based on dishes from Ukrainian cuisine and traditional Carpathians dishes, which are cooked by professional chefs. Program: Scout activities, workshops, climbing wall, adventure park, radial hikes to the mountains, climb to the highest peak in Ukraine m. Goverla (2061m.), rafting, indoor pool and lots of different surprises. In the territory of the camp there is a big stage for the evening events and a fire place. This camp is the best opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of our country and with Scouting in Ukraine. We invite organized Scout groups (rover groups are also possible) with Scout leaders.
