International Peace Day
I was motivated to organize the Peace Day Camp Cleaning Activity to promote peace, cooperation, and environmental responsibility among Scouts. By working together to keep the campsite clean, Scouts could practise service, teamwork, respect, and care for the environment, reflecting the values of peace in action.
The project taught Scouts the importance of peace, teamwork, cooperation, cleanliness, and environmental responsibility. They learned that working together with a spirit of service can create a cleaner, healthier, and more harmonious environment.
The project was carried out during the Peace Day camp through a coordinated cleaning activity. Scouts worked in teams to clean the campsite, collect and properly dispose of waste, and maintain a safe and pleasant environment. The activity promoted teamwork, cooperation, discipline, service, and environmental responsibility.
