Iftar Meal Distribution for better world

While Ramadan calls for fasting during daylight hours, eating is also vital. In some countries, though, food is more expensive during the holy month – and in conflict-hit areas it can be scarce at the best of times. Islamic Relief has a special Ramadan distribution scheme that reaches hundreds of thousands of people On the front page Saturday 01 May, the event is celebrated in Mirpur area. Around 300 underprivileged people were packed with food allocations for Iftar today and the Ramadan event ended successfully with a happy moment of sharing Iftar with some of the nearby Delivery Minds. Through this project many people will be able to break the fast peacefully. Many can eat on a full stomach. This project eliminates inequality among the people of the society and ensures equal rights for all. I can learn from this project that equal rights for all are needed to build a peaceful society. We should distribute free food to all the needy and poor people and ensure that food is not wasted.
