In order to identify potential COVID-19 cases by the district administration to conduct a health audit of each person in the district, the Health Fund Health Survey was vigorously conducted in district Udhampur of UT Jammu And Kashmir. Teams conducting the survey were instructed to capture complete and accurate information to monitor on a real-time basis. Under this program, Scout Master Rakesh Sharma and Amardev Singh along with Anganwadi workers went door-to-door to collect information from people about the history of travel as well as health status, especially the major symptoms of COVID-19 from individuals. . The team conducted door-to-door surveys in various wards of the city as well as uploaded data to the Swasthya Nidhi app. The team made the public aware of the installation and use of the Arogya Setu App, use of masks and other precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The team also distributed masks to the people while conducting the survey.
