Bihar State Bharat Scouts and Guides District Headquarters Katihar conducted a nationwide cleanliness and awareness rally campaign on 01 October 2023 at Katihar Railway Station Council. The program started with an awareness rally which started from the district headquarters Katihar, passing through MG Road, GRP Road, Katihar Railway Station Parishad, Lal Kothi Road and concluded at the district headquarters. And countrywide cleanliness and awareness rally was conducted under the leadership of 103 Scouts and Guides. Present in the program were Bihar state representative Dr. Ashish Ranjan, District Organization Commissioner Kashi Prasad Chauhan, Rover Leader Rajesh Verma, Scout Master Ram Babu, Rohit Kumar, Assistant Guide Captain Ankita, Shweta, Reena Akanksha, Cub Master Lalan Kumar, and Scout and Guide Akash, Aditya, Karan, Sunny, Khushi, Sharda Aarti and Anamika were present. Dr. Ashish Ranjan told that a two-day program will be organized by Bihar State Bharat Scouts and Guides District Headquarters Katihar on the auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti in which today, on the first day, a nationwide cleanliness and awareness rally campaign will be conducted on 01 October 2023 at Katihar Railway Station Council. Gaya and on October 2, 2023, prayer meeting, painting competition and Gandhi Darshan program will be organized in the courtyard of the district headquarters. Scout Master Rambabu ji said that he will not spread filth and will politely try to stop those who do so. We will run a campaign to help people maintain cleanliness through social media.
