
FFPP and BSP conducts Mangrove Activity
FaithFull – Proyekto Pagtuo (FFPP) and the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Bacolod City council successfully conducts its first mangrove planting and growing activity at Brgy. Sampinit, Bago City on August 28, 2021.
The mangrove planting and growing activity was attended by 82 participants coming from different organizations in the city of Bacolod, namely;

The said mangrove planting and growing activity is part of the MAN9ROVE Project which aims to raise plant at least 2,000 mangrove seedlings, raise awareness about the importance of mangroves and biodiversity conservation and the role of the youth in achieving climate justice, and correlate the role of religion in environmental conservation.
The project is spearheaded by the project manager, Eagle Scout Reign Josef D. Basilio, as supported by the activity coordinator, Rover Scout Feil Immanuel M. Aquino.
The MAN9ROVE Project is made possible through Sctr. Nathan Yiu through the Scout Donation Platform, Togarashi Food Corp., Bago City Environment and Natural Resources Office, Negros Occidental Provincial Environment Management Office, and the National Eagle Scouts Association of the Philippines.
The MAN9ROVE Project is co-presented by Agila Bacolod, National Eagle Scouts Association of the Philippines Papa Isio Chapter No. 6, Agila Bacolod Outfit No. 069, and Agila Bacolod Circle No. 6.
