On this year's Scout Day, with the help of Rover and the Bangladesh Army, delicious food and fresh water were distributed to 35 homeless mental inmates of the upazila. This initiative was taken up by the Rover members when the food hotel was closed due to the covid-19 pandemic, there was a food shortage for people with mental disabilities (floating), which is still ongoing. I hope this program will continue.
