I promote the scouting in my local areas so our youth connect with us. Development: Scouting provides opportunities for individuals to learn new skills, gain confidence, and develop leadership abilities. Scouting offers opportunities for camping, hiking. Community service: Scouting encourages individuals to give back to their communities through service projects and volunteerism. Social connections: Scouting can be a great way to meet new people and make new friends with similar interests. My Project is implemented in Kolkata ,Burra bazar. I executed this project in our local area school - Shree Balkrishna Bithal Nath Vidyalaya . Firstly our team contact with school Principal then tell him about Scouting. After Somedays he contacted with us to take a session with all the students of that school. The me and my team took a session and childrens was enjoyed lots and after that majority has come with us and joined scouting. After the session lots of students take admission form and joined our movement and after some time when guardians see about the changes comes in childrens behaviours, leadership skill and etc.. They supported us & we do work on peaceful community development projects and helps to others. I learnt and boost my leadership quality and now i am happy to share with u day by day in our group the number of members has increased. Family involvement: Scouting can provide a way for families to spend time together and engage in activities that promote values such as teamwork, respect, and responsibility. Overall, scouting can offer many benefits and opportunities for personal growth, adventure, community involvement, and social connections.
