Bhutan Scouts Association strategies Scouting Program for youth with adoption of National Strategic Plan 2030. Scouting in Bhutan will have major shift in its best practices and data management system digitizing all forms of Scouting initiatives. All Districts and Municipal Secretaries across Bhutan has been oriented on the new National Strategic Plan that has been alignined with the APR/WOSM mandates as well as the Vision and Mision of the Royal Government of Bhutan. With the endorsement from the 6th National Scout Conference held from 1st to 3rd March 2020.
