Guinea received support from a Safe from Harm consultant through the Safe from Harm service to develop their National Safe from Harm policy and structures so they can further work on safeguarding of children and young people. The process happened fully online and was an opportunity to create a strong safeguarding framework with the leadership. The international commissionner and the training commissioner shared with us their experience in the process. The project was implemented under the World Safe from Harm Policy, a framework developed by World Scouting to protect and safeguard children , young people and adults. Safe from Harm actions are developed with the support of Alwaleed Philanthropies, enabling children and young people to feel safe and grow in a protected environment.
