The community service were carried out during the religious discourse of HE Dzongsar Jamyang Kyentse Rinpoche, with the objective to maintain cleanliness so that people can comfortably receive the teachings. It was implemented at Bartsham Chador Lhakhang (Monastery). All the scouts (Leaders and scouts) participated in the event. During the daytime, we picked the waste and after the day program ended we picked the waste and also swept the area, keeping it clean for tomorrow's program. We announced the day collection of waste and saw the quantity of waste decrease in the coming days. The waste collected was sent to the landfill area with the help of the municipal department, Trashigang.
