The chief commissioner (Gen. Hon Edward katumba wamala) has presided over the commissioning of scouting in Dream Africa schools in Uganda and investiture ceremony for scouts and scout leaders. this was aimed at increasing the membership of the movement and spreading the impact of scouting to the community.
