Colombo District Contigent Consisting of 27 members joined the 33rd National Rover Scout Moot from th February to 10th February 2019 at Diyagala Boys Town.  Speciallity of the Contigent is that the First blind Rover Crew with 9 Rovers consist the Contigent. Rover Scout Nilukshan of Colombo District Rover Crew was been elected as a Committee member of National Rover Scout Council 2019/20.
