It was one of the important event since it was a 40th birth anniversary of our 5th king Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuk coinciding with world scout day. Eighteen members from JNEC participated in the event held at Samdrup Jongkhar and we sincerely worked for two days for the event.It was fun and joyful.
