The Africa Scout Region is introducing a new publication, The Africa Scout Magazine, which will be produced once every year to cover social impact stories from across the region - in English and French. We know that Scouts are doing amazing work to impact lives and create positive change in their communities all over Africa. We would like to share these social impact stories with the world to inspire others to also work towards creating a better world. We therefore invite NSOs, Scouts, Scout Volunteers and Professionals and even partners to share with us inspiring stories of how they or their Scouts are impacting their communities. Please Note: 1. All stories must be submitted using the attached MS word template. 2. The story should be at least 150 but not more than 500 words. Use Verdana font type, size 8, single spacing 3. Indicate the category of each story from the list provided in the template 4. Attach 3-5 high clear, resolution photos of Scouts in Action (JPEG or PNG formats only) 5. Provide links to YouTube videos if available 6. Stories can be in either ENGLISH OR FRENCH. Submissions are open until 31st July 2016 and should be sent by email to africa@scout.org with the title of the email as Africa Scout Magazine.
