As a part of the scouting enhancing program. Some seventy-three teachers of Dagana District in Bhutan have participated in the BULT course at Karmaling Pry school. The program was facilitated by senior scout leaders of the District with the help of the Dzongkhag Scout Association and Bhutan Scout Association. The program has covered a wide range of topics that will come as handy while dealing with youths. t
