As part of my participation in Scouting, within the Community branch and in the framework of gender equality, I committed myself to the HEFORSHE challenge, supported by the Association and the HEFORSHE Foundation. Throughout this process, I carried out various activities not only with my scout group but also with family and friends, integrating this challenge into my daily life. Through games and reflections, we were able to better understand gender inequalities and recognize that, although we have made progress in this struggle, there is still a long way to go, especially in Colombia, a country where many traditions perpetuate sexism and the violation of women's rights. This challenge allowed me to develop a greater conscience about the inequalities faced by women in our society. As a man, I want to actively support these initiatives and be an agent of change, encouraging others to understand and take on these challenges. My goal is to contribute, day by day, to building a better and fairer world for all.
